Officially working on my very first New Years Resolution of 2011!

You would think that as a 21 year old I would be able to touch my toes or kick higher than my knee. But no, its actually quite sad. I can't hold a yoga pose for more than 10 seconds. I'm way over due for some stretches, so I found a few to do every day (okay, I can't make that a solid commitment...) and 

before I work out. 

I'm feeling better already :)

2 Making wedding plans!

Okay, I'm sure a few of you have been a little confused. 

I've mentioned planning my wedding this year...and I've mentioned my 'hubby'

Well, in September my sweet Craigy and I will have been married for 5 years (wowza!) but we didn't have a ''ceremony'' when we tied the knot so we're going back and doing it all over again. Engagement pictures, wedding, honeymoon...the works :)

Hello 2011!

yes, it must be done.

every year we must ask ourselves....

''what do i want to accomplish this next year?''

most of the time we forget about what we've pledged ourselves to by february, but I have a feeling that 2011 will be different. I have tangible goals this year. I will not promise myself that I will start going to the gym every day (although I really probably should...!) or that I will give up sugar. 

Let's get real. Those things will not happen. 

I will, however, figure out things that I want to do. Things that will be fun. I'm going to keep an ongoing list here so that you can all see it and keep me motivated!

1Knit a full sized blanket (like this or this) well, it was more of a 'baby blanet' 
2Gain 200 blog followers....yes, I'm talking to you! If you haven't clicked ''follow'' please do!
3Make a metal frame clutch & coin purse. (like this)
4Sew these wool pillows w/ studs
5Make Jam. yes, jam.
6Learn to make underwear (these are adorable!)
7Make Craig's bowtie for the wedding in September and I made the ties for all his groomsman!
8Learn how to make fabric flowers
9Sew a dress This one was sooo much fun!! check it out

11Start graphic design classes Instead I started Upholstery classes!
12Make a few reusable bags to give away. do your part.
13Run a 5K done! AND I ran a 10K too!
14Build a console table for the entryway we actually inherited a console, so didnt need to do this
